A True Patriot argues against the "Patriot Act"

From the US Bill of Rights ~
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Although Rand Paul makes some good points, it is the USA he is talking about where law enforcement officers always ensure everyone's rights are protected. I mean you would think he saying the USA now has Gestapo thugs patrolling the streets. No wonder the media treats him as a fringe candidate........remember you can wheel away, but you can't hide.
