Silver on the rise, $30 level to be crossed?

Silver has drifted higher all day in Sydney and Hong Kong trade with a spike on the close in Honkers. As it stands silver is up 3% since the close in New York. Will we see the price cross $30 during New York trade? Nothing a brain dead NY day trader likes more than some momentum (well maybe some loose fiat, but that's on back order).
